Iphone customers hit by shock data-roaming charges
Some Iphone customers have obtained hefty bills after foreign journeys, despite switching off data-roaming.

As a result, iPhone customers are advised to disable data-roaming every time they travel – an easy process made to stop them incurring such high bills.

However, many iPhone customers who’d switched off data roaming have complained towards the moneysavingexpert.com they have still been hit by bills. Within the worst situation, reported within the Telegraph, one user states happen to be billed almost ￡1,500 after a visit to the US.
Based on the Telegraph customers who’ve complained for their network happen to be given refunds. All major systems happen to be affected.
Martin Lewis, founding father of MoneySavingExpert.com, stated: “Individuals who’ve compensated once they should not have, should contact their network immediately and have to have a refund.
